The realize Launch Reserve buys first on the curve, inside the transaction that creates the token, and holds two positions in the realize Protocol vaults: the Builder Allocation (2/3) and the Recovery Tranche (1/3). 100% of creator fees go to the Reserve until its purchase has come back in SOL, then the plan's lifetime split applies. From 70% of the curve the program sells the Recovery Tranche into buys, at most 0.9% of the reserves per sale and never in the same transaction as another trade, so that the launch's worst case at migration covers the purchase, rising to the purchase + 15% by 92%; what is left is sold later as the booster. The Builder Allocation cannot leave its vault for 31 days and is released to the builder, as a 180-day stream, only after graduation and once the Reserve has its purchase + 15% back from its own sales and its fee share. From Day 31, if the realize team decides the token is a zombie, or at any time in a Security Exit the team decides, the decision is announced on-chain with its reason and takes effect after a 48-hour timelock; the program then sells realize's positions gradually, at most 20% of the allocation per 24 hours. Founder-locked tokens are never sold.
A token is a zombie when it fails the published Day-31 criteria with no meaningful progress: no builder updates, no meaningful trading volume or creator-fee activity, and no evidence of active building. The daily review only proposes; a member of the realize team decides. This token is on day 1 of 31.
