Rules for using the realize platform, creating launches and accepting Launch Support.
Last updated Sep 22, 2026
realize is a launchpad for builders on top of Pump.fun infrastructure. It exists to help serious teams launch with public terms, founder vesting and, for selected launches, backing from realize's own capital. Using the platform to create a launch, apply for Launch Support or view public token data means you accept these Terms.
realize is not a pump-and-dump product, a price-support promise, an investment product or a guaranteed-return mechanism. Launch Support is realize's own capital used to buy tokens for realize's own account. realize never sends SOL to a builder, never pools or manages third-party money, and a builder never owes realize anything. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal or tax advice.
realize may decline or withdraw Launch Support before launch, execute a Security Exit for fraud or material breach, sell the Recovery Tranche under the published Recovery engine rules, and receive 100% of creator fees until the Fee-Share Threshold is reached.
From Day 31, if a supported token is a zombie (it fails the published Day-31 criteria with no meaningful progress: no builder updates, no meaningful trading volume or creator-fee activity, no evidence of active building), realize may sell its position gradually under the public caps. Founder-locked tokens are never sold. The builder accepts this policy explicitly before launch.
The Builder Allocation is realize property until the Fee-Share Threshold is reached. Once reached, it is streamed to the builder's declared wallet under the published schedule as consideration for the fee share. The transfer is conditional on the threshold and creates no obligation on the builder at any time.
realize.fun is a test deployment. Data displayed is sample data and no on-chain transaction is executed.
This is a product specification rendered as policy text. It is not legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice and must be reviewed by qualified legal and security specialists before public deployment.
