How realize backs a launch with its own capital, and what it owns.

Own capital
Launch Support is bought with SOL from realize's Launch Reserve, which is funded only by the company and by realize's own revenue. realize does not accept deposits and does not manage anyone else's money.
Positions
The buy is executed inside the launch transaction and is one third larger than the Support Amount. Tokens bought with the Support Amount form the Builder Allocation, locked on-chain for 31 days and never sold by realize. Tokens bought with the extra third form the Recovery Tranche, held in a labeled Recovery Wallet and sold only under the Recovery engine rules. Both are realize property until the Fee-Share Threshold is reached. Nothing is ever placed in the builder's wallet before that.
Tiers
Starter: 1–3 SOL Support Amount, 10% Success Share.
Builder: 3–10 SOL, 15% Success Share.
Partner: 10+ SOL, 20% Success Share.

Success Share and Fee-Share Threshold.
Maximum position as a percentage of initial supply.
After launch: SOL actually deployed, exact tokens acquired, both positions, the lock, and every Recovery Tranche sale.
Recovery engine
Maximum price impact per trade: 1% on the bonding curve, 1.5% after migration.
Maximum per rolling 24 hours: 20% of the Recovery Tranche, or 5% of 24-hour volume after migration, whichever is lower.
Sales only into strength at published milestones. No selling into a falling market, except the protective case below.
Migration to the AMM is a mandatory milestone: the amount still missing to reach the threshold is completed in the first hours after migration, in capped chunks.
Protective case: if the price falls to where the remaining tranche can only just cover the missing amount, the remainder is sold immediately.
